First and foremost, I want to thank you all so much for your kind notes, encouragement, emails, scriptures, and prayers. Deb and I believe we are fighting a physical and spiritual battle and can sense your spiritual warfare on our behalf. This week could have easily gone very, very badly. Earlier in the week I began to experience shortness of breath, so I called my cardiologist. He told me to go to the ER, and he would arrange some tests immediately, including a chest x-ray. The x-ray revealed fluid in one of my lungs, consistent with Covid-19, and they admitted me and began treatment right away. However, my Covid test came back negative. I didn't have Covid-19; I had pneumonia. My cardiologist said I was very lucky to catch it early. I smiled knowing there was much more than "luck" at play. After a couple days in the hospital, with an IV for meds and fluids, I was released, and I am home now expecting to make a full recovery. Praise God! What I learned….
- The hospital is overflowing with Covid-19 patients, and many have been suffering for weeks. I was in the Covid ward the first day, and they struggle just to find beds for new patients. I slept most of the first night on my exam table, as there were no beds. Covid-19 is a serious health issue. We can't be too careful with wearing masks and social distancing.
- The health care workers really are today's heroes. It is amazing to see their dedication firsthand. Their job is so much more difficult (always "suiting up" to treat their patients) and more dangerous than ever. I tried to be kind and thank everyone as often as I could.
- As Christians, we are also in a spiritual battle. These are trying times for churches. While we pray for physical protecting and healing, we must also address the spiritual battle that is taking place. We have to stay in fellowship even if not in our church buildings. We have to be aware that Satan will use Covid-19 to bring down Christians, Christian leaders and those advancing the Kingdom. As Christians we face the physical and the spiritual. Our pastors and spiritual leaders need our prayers.
I know that I will always be high risk because of my weakened heart. Physically I will always have to be careful, and I have to take care of my heart. However, I am asking the Lord to grant me enough days to see iBIBLE completed. God gave me the vision, and I am asking Him to help me see it through. God willing, we can complete iBIBLE and have started translation in every language in 10 years. Animating the entire Bible is a God-sized task. But It needs to be done, and the time is now. We can give the world a free visual and interactive Bible they can watch, listen to and read if they are able. It is the first project of its kind that can be freely translated into any of the world's 7,0000+ living languages, helping to fulfill the Great Commission. You can imagine my excitement in producing iBIBLE!

Again, thank you so much for your prayers. This past week could have easily gone a very different direction. I truly believe your prayers kept the enemy at bay, opened the windows of heaven and brought healing. Thank you! Please also pray with me for iBIBLE. Pray God grants me the years to see it through the final chapter, "A New Heaven and a New Earth!" It will be a glorious day! Have a blessed, blessed Sunday! Steve Cleary CEO/Founder RevelationMedia |
