When I first started working at Care Net, I was really excited to go to work every day, helping to save unborn babies' lives and reaching moms considering abortion with a message of hope and Christ's love.
You know what I had never really thought much about? How many times a woman might have been in that abortion clinic before she heard that Jesus loves her?
I never really thought about how much that mom needs to hear, RIGHT NOW, how much He still loves her and thinks she's worth dying for.
In fact, half of all abortions are to women who have already had at least one abortion already....
Because abortion giants like Planned Parenthood absolutely love a repeat customer, women who come back again and again, they see no problem with the fact that these women may be trapped in cycles of shame and regret. Planned Parenthood is all too ready to tell these women, "Thank you! Come again."
But you and I do.
And that's why we want to help intervene in the lives of women who have chosen abortion and show them that there is forgiveness and healing at the foot of the Cross. There is hope.
The love of Jesus Christ can break cycles of sin, shame, and death. He can transform lives from the inside out.
Our President and CEO is fond of saying we want the women and men to come to our pregnancy centers and call our hotline not to come again to be served, but to serve others.

Care Net has funded updating the Forgiven and Set Free Bible study for post-abortive women. This Bible study minsters to women as they heal from the deep emotional scars left by abortion, and we need YOUR help to get them into the hands of our affiliated pregnancy centers. Each kit is $16 before shipping costs, and we have more than 1,200 centers that need equipping!
Because the need for this is so great, a friend of Care Net has recently offered to match any gift towards this project DOLLAR for DOLLAR.
