*View this email in your browser Dear Friends, Over the last two weeks while recovering from pneumonia, I have been praying specifically about the next product in The Pilgrim's Progress lineup. This past year, we have been working diligently on a devotional, a church curriculum, and a homeschool curriculum. However, I was never at peace working on these products. I didn't know why, I just didn't believe I was doing what God wanted me to do. I felt like I was following the convention and just doing what was expected. And then the pandemic hit us. Churches closed and subsequently those churches' children's ministries were cancelled - so I was even more restless about the projects we were working on. While I was praying, I received clear direction from the Lord, and I knew exactly what I needed to do. The entire project began to appear in my mind, and I could literally see it coming together, understanding why this project is so important. A few days later I told the team I wanted to scrap the current products. They were surprised but intrigued by this. There are 16 different worlds in our animated version of The Pilgrim's Progress... starting in the City of Destruction and ending at the Celestial City. Each one of these worlds teaches a different lesson that is incredibly relevant today – lessons in discipling young and old alike.  John Bunyan was inspired by the Holy Spirit. He knew exactly what he was doing when he wrote the whimsical characters and imaginative worlds in which the main character (Christian) travels through. The Pilgrim's Progress is more than a simple allegory. It is filled with wealth and wisdom. It is a masterpiece in both devotion and discipleship.   The Pilgrim's Progress is more than a simple allegory. My vision is to create a 16-chapter discipleship and devotional book, featuring practical lessons from each of the 16 worlds that we highlighted in the movie. As individuals progress through each chapter (level), they'll have exclusive access to special video features hosted by today's Christian leaders, as well as actors and producers of The Pilgrim's Progress. The video features will also show exclusive behind-the-scenes segments in the making of The Pilgrim's Progress and explore aspects of Bunyan's original story. The book and video collection will be titled, "The 16 Worlds of The Pilgrim's Progress: The Journey Begins." The 16-lesson experience guides individuals through Christian's journey from this world to that which is to come. It will feature The Pilgrim's Progress movie broken into 16 powerful segments and include a map and stickers for readers to track their progress along the journey. The 16 Worlds of The Pilgrim's Progress can be used individually at home, as a family devotion, as a church curriculum, or in any school setting. Most importantly, it will help disciple the next generation for staying on the straight path!   The 16 Worlds of The Pilgrim's Progress can be used individually at home, as a family devotion, as a church curriculum, or in any school setting. But I will need your help in order to produce it. While I don't like discussing financials and budgets in my emails, I could really use your feedback because this is so much more than just another retail book. The 16 Worlds of The Pilgrim's Progress will be freely available to the global missions' community and distributed on a donation basis through RevelationMedia.  We need to raise $350,000 to produce the book and video segments, and print 40,000 copies. There will be a number of ways to participate...  Those who can contribute $100 or more will receive a leather-bound, limited edition copy of the book. Those who can contribute $1,000 or more will also receive the limited edition and have their name (or name of a loved one) listed in the book as a "Patron Producer."
