Sin begins when we attempt to become autonomous from God. We think we can do it on our own steam, out of our own resources. If you read the Bible straight through, Genesis through Revelation, two big sins come at you time and time and time again. The first big sin is self-reliance. The second big sin is oppressing poor people. You really don’t want to do that. More Here: There are two ways to work with this blog post, the first is to watch the 4 minute long video and the second is to read the text of the video transcript. When you actually take the class that this blog post links you to, you start it with an outline and an 11 minute long video. I want to say that I am a fan of biblicaltraining.org and my blog has two rss feeds related to it, one is the feed from that website and one is the feed from William Mounce, go to the feeds area on the bottom of the home page of this blog, they are stacked one on the other just right of the Olive Tree Twitter Widget and just above the contact form.
Affiliate marketer links: Go here to see what William Mounce has written and published, and if you wind up buying anything he has written and published, Affiliate marketer Rick Livermore will earn a commission on the item you bought. If you would like to offset my expenses of producing all this free content, but you want to pass on buying William Mounces reading materials from Faith Gateway store, feel free to give a little something------- Give through PayPal-----Rick Livermore-Webmaster220
