Paul wrote Ephesians 4:1 from a jail cell. One of the most prolific and influential writers in the history of mankind considered it a privilege to pen these words in the place God called him to be—prison.
What an example for us as parents to recognize our place in God's kingdom. It may not be the status you imagined. It may have some frustrations you could live without. It may not be what you planned, but God chose it for you. Do you see it as a worthy place? Do you fight it or accept it?
Paul says we are urged and must give an all-out effort to please God through our life calling. As parents we can please God by raising our children to honor him. We must seek his continued blessing and support as we celebrate or struggle through our calling. Our children are watching how we accept this life of worth set before us. If we do well, they learn well. If we give up, it's likely they will follow.
Be content in your place today and heed the call.
Parenting Principle
A change in attitude can change everything.
Points to Ponder
How do you see your life calling as worthy?
How have you been a good example for your children in living out your calling?
Where do you struggle, if at all, in accepting your life calling?

The following request applies to any of the christian ministries that are currently getting visitors from my blog:
I am currently blogging: https://webmaster220.blogspot.com I would like to place a banner on the right side of my home page that promotes your ministry If I do that and it helps your ministry grow and expand do you have a suggestion as to what type of commission or contribution could be paid to my ministry. The reason I am saying that is there are a lot of ministries out there that are buying advertising space online and yours could be one of them for all I know. I have been an affiliate marketer for years on my blog but no commissions have ever been earned even though I am doing everything required to be done to earn the commissions. My blog readers are just not interested in spending any money on any of the goods or services discussed in my banner ads and text links. To reply, use the contact form below this paragraph Thanks, Rick Livermore - Webmaster220
