Until then, you can use the 11/07/18 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions. Application for Replacement/Initial Nonimmigrant Arrival-Departure Document 11/08/2019 10:42 AM EST Starting Dec. 28, 2020, we will only accept the 11/08/19 edition.
