Follow-up Invitation: Help Shape the USCIS Applicant Online Experience

We want to hear from applicants and representatives to gather feedback on their experiences applying for Temporary Protected Status. We will host one-hour sessions to learn how we can create a better user experience for submitting Form I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status, online. Who can participate To participate, you must: Currently be in the United States Be at least 18 years old Be either: An applicant who has previously submitted Form I-821 or is planning to submit Form I-821 at a later date; or A representative who has previously assisted an applicant in preparing Form I-821. Participation is voluntary and will not affect the outcome of any pending case you may have. We will not request any case-specific information as part of this study. How to participate Please send an email to myuscisfeedback@uscis.dhs.gov with a subject line of "Temporary Protected Status Feedback Session" and include the following: Your role (applicant or representative); and In 50 words or less, provide a brief description of your experience with Form I-821. We will randomly select participants who meet the criteria listed above for a one-hour session where we will ask for feedback on proposed designs.
