The best grammar to learn Greek in 5 weeks? (ummm...)

Every grammar I review has a slightly different approach, because every Greek teacher has slightly different goals or constraints.  But not every grammar is written to teach Greek in 5 weeks.  However, this one is, but is it too good to be true?
