Lockbox Filing Location Updates

We sometimes need to change or adjust filing locations among our lockbox facilities to balance our incoming workload for timely processing. We may also refine addresses to improve internal processes at our lockbox facilities. This page provides an up-to-date summary of changes we make to any lockbox filing location. For the most current information on where to file, please see the "Where to File" section on the webpage for your form.  You may also visit our USCIS Contact Center page for help from a USCIS representative. Applications and petitions that are not mailed to the appropriate filing location may experience processing delays. Filing Location Updates in 2021 On Oct. 15, we adjusted the filing location for certain petitioners filing a family-based Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. On Oct. 15, we adjusted the filing location for certain applicants filing Form I-131, Application for Travel Document. On Oct. 15, we adjusted the filing location for certain petitioners filing an employment-based Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant. On Oct. 15, we adjusted the filing location for certain applicants filing Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. On Oct. 15, we adjusted the filing location for certain applicants filing Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. On Oct. 15, we adjusted the filing location for certain applicants filing an employment-based Form I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility. On Oct. 15, we adjusted the filing location for certain applicants filing an employment-based Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition. On Oct. 15, we adjusted the filing location for certain applicants filing a family-based Form I-864, Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA.
