| | CBS Deceptively Edits Secretary Noem’s Answers, Cutting More than 23% of Footage from Face the Nation Interview | | “CBS shamefully edited the interview to whitewash the truth” WASHINGTON –Today, CBS’ “Face the Nation” selectively edited answers by U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on August 31. In total CBS cut nearly four minutes of her 16 minute and 40 second interview during its live broadcast. In doing so CBS removed more than 23% of Secretary Noem’s answers exposing the truth about criminal illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia, President Donald Trump’s lawful actions to protect the American people, and Secretary Noem’s commitment to fight on behalf of the American people and their tax dollars. “This morning, I joined CBS to report the facts about Kilmar Abrego Garcia,”– Secretary Kristi Noem said in a statement. “Instead, CBS shamefully edited the interview to whitewash the truth about this MS-13 gang member and the threat he poses to American public safety.” COMPARE HERE: https://x.com/Sec_Noem/status/1962256536475926676 During the live broadcast, CBS edits deprived the American people from hearing the truth about MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia. The following 25 seconds were cut from her answer: “This individual was a known human smuggler, MS-13 gang member, an individual who was a wife beater, and someone who was um so perverted that he solicited nude photos from minors. And even his fellow human traffickers told him to knock it off. He was so sick in what he was doing and how he was treating small children. So, uh, he needs to never be in the United States of America and our administration is making sure we're doing all that we can to bring him to justice.” During an answer to a question about Secretary Noem’s successful arrest of 5,000 illegal aliens in Los Angeles, CBS cut the following: “...And many of these individuals were people who have, you know, conducted horrific um horrific activities against American citizens, trafficking of children and pedophiles. And so that's uh one of the things that the people of a LA can be grateful for is that they don't have those bad actors, those people on their streets anymore because of the work of President Trump and his administration.” CBS also edited out Secretary Noem’s answers explaining how she is fighting for the American people and ensuring taxpayer dollars are being spent correctly: “...You know, in Washington, D.C., I rarely run into anybody who says, ‘I'm a lobbyist for the American taxpayer.’ Well, guess what, Kristi Noem is. Every day I get up and I think the American people are paying for this. Should they? And are these dollars doing what the law says they should be doing? I'm going to make sure that they go there and they're spent what's appropriate according to the law and that the taxpayers understand that it's a worthwhile effort.” CBS also thought it in the interest of their viewers to edit out Secretary Noem’s expectations for all employees of DHS to work on the American people’s behalf: “...And my hope is that every single person within the Department of Homeland Security, but also in this government gets up every day wanting to make America safer, wanting to do their job and to contribute to that in a very productive way.” Likewise, CBS cut an entire answer from Secretary Noem explaining how DHS is maintaining its standards as it hires 10,000 new agents to re-establish law and order by year’s end. O’KEEFE: “All right. So, Immigration and Customs Enforcement is aiming to hire another 10,000 officers by the end of this year, Nearly double the size of the current force. Basic training is being reduced from 13 weeks to 8 weeks in an attempt to accelerate the hiring and the onboarding of these officers. Uh there's signing bonuses. Some age caps have been lifted. Did the hiring standards get lowered in part to meet this daily quota of 3,000 arrests? NOEM: Oh, what we've done as far as recruitment, and again, Ed, we've got over 130,000 people that have applied to be a part of that 10,000 new hires within ICE, but we did not reduce any of the qualifications or time frames. What we did was that we made sure that we were being much more efficient in getting these officers out on the street and giving them more opportunity to get trained uh quickly and recognize the previous training that they had. if they were a previous law enforcement officer or someone that wanted to come back out of retirement, we facilitated that where before the federal government had ignored those individuals or put them through classes that they had already qualified for or become masters at. So, I think that streamlining is what needed to happen. And we're so grateful that so many other retired law enforcement officers or those from different areas of the country say, "Listen, I want to be a part of what ICE is doing because these individuals are out there making sure that they're going after dangerous criminals and bringing them to justice and making sure that if they're here in this country and they've perpetuated these crimes and violence that they have the opportunity to go home to their own home country and place consequences there as well." CBS also cut out a minor transition from Ed O’Keefe : O’KEEFE: Well, you anticipated some of the questions we asked of him. So, as we say in this business, stay tuned for that. But we'll uh let's let's ask you a few more while we have you. | | # # # | | | | | On Labor Day, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem Celebrates the 2.5 Million American Workers Who Joined the Workforce Since Trump Took Office | | 09/01/2025 | | U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY

| | On Labor Day, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem Celebrates the 2.5 Million American Workers Who Joined the Workforce Since Trump Took Office | | Thanks to President Trump and Secretary Noem’s leadership, DHS is getting U.S. citizens back to work, saving their hard-earned money, and ensuring America works for Americans again WASHINGTON—This Labor Day, Secretary Noem is celebrating the 2.5 million American workers who joined the U.S. workforce since President Trump took office. In comparison, 88% of jobs created during the same period under Biden went to foreign-born workers. New jobs created under President Trump are going to American workers. Additionally, the U.S. has seen an estimated decline of approximately 1.6 million illegal aliens across the country. “This Labor Day, America works for Americans again. 100% of all new job gains have gone to U.S. citizens, and 2.5 million Americans are back at work since January. Under Biden, 88% of all jobs went to foreign born workers. Meanwhile DHS reforms have saved taxpayers over $13.2 billion,” said Secretary Noem. “President Trump and I are putting the American worker FIRST. Happy Labor Day!” The U.S. economy continues to surge because it is safer to do business here. Under this administration, 70% of arrests by Immigration and Customs Enforcement involve illegal aliens who have been convicted or charged with a crime in the U.S.—this doesn’t even count foreign fugitives, gang members, or terrorists who don’t have a rap sheet in the U.S. In addition to helping put Americans back to work, Secretary Noem is saving U.S. taxpayers their hard-earned money. Secretary Noem saved U.S. taxpayers $13.2 billion. All of these savings were achieved without cuts to key law enforcement, border security, national security, immigration enforcement and positions with a public safety responsibility. For years, unelected bureaucrats rubber-stamped hundreds of millions of dollars in contracts, fueling a culture of waste, fraud, and abuse. Under Secretary Noem, that era is over. | | # # # | | | | | The New York Times Peddles Sob Story of Criminal Illegal Alien Murderer | | 09/02/2025 | | U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY

| | The New York Times Peddles Sob Story of Criminal Illegal Alien Murderer | | Thanks to President Trump and Secretary Noem, this murderer is out of our country and no longer poses a threat to Americans WASHINGTON — The New York Times ran a sob story of Orville Etoria, an illegal alien from Jamaica and a convicted MURDERER. In addition to murder, this serial criminal’s rap sheet includes criminal possession of a weapon, armed robbery, and forcible theft with a deadly weapon. Following his criminal convictions, Etoria's green card was revoked. Etoria was issued a final order of removal by an immigration judge in 2009. Sixteen years later, this dangerous individual is finally off our streets and out of the country thanks to President Trump and Secretary Noem. On July 17, he was deported. “If you come to our country illegally and break our laws, you could end up in CECOT, Eswatini, South Sudan, or another third country. President Trump and Secretary Noem are using every tool available to get criminal illegal aliens out of American communities and out of our country. Our message is clear: Criminals are not welcome in the United States,” said a DHS Spokesperson. “Why does the New York Times continue to peddle sob stories of criminal illegal aliens? When will they finally shed light on their victims? Every single day President Trump and Secretary Noem fight for justice for American victims of illegal alien crime and nearly every single day the media ignores these victims and their families.” This is not the first time the New York Times peddled the sob story of a criminal illegal alien. Earlier this year, they published another sob story on a convicted kidnapper. ICE deported Nascimento Blair, a criminal illegal alien convicted kidnapper, on Feb 27, 2025 to Jamaica. On October 12, 2005, he was arrested for kidnapping and sentenced to 15 years in prison. In 2008, an immigration judge issued him a final order of removal. Because of the previous administration’s open border policies, this criminal illegal alien was released onto the streets of New York. Thanks to President Trump and Secretary Noem, this kidnapper is out of our country. President Trump and Secretary Noem have been clear, DHS is prioritizing arresting and deporting the worst of the worst. | | # # # | | | | | DHS Announces New Reimbursement Opportunities for State and Local Law Enforcement Partnering with ICE to Arrest the Worst of the Worst Criminal Illegal Aliens | | 09/02/2025 | | U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY

| | DHS Announces New Reimbursement Opportunities for State and Local Law Enforcement Partnering with ICE to Arrest the Worst of the Worst Criminal Illegal Aliens | | Funding from President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill supported the expansion of 287(g) partnerships with state and local law enforcement WASHINGTON — The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced new reimbursement opportunities for state and law enforcement who are helping U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrest and remove the worst of the worst including murderers, gang members, rapists, terrorists, and pedophiles from American communities. Under Secretary Noem’s leadership, ICE supercharged efforts with state and local law enforcement to assist federal immigration officers in our efforts to make America safe again. 287(g) partnerships have increased 609%—from 135 agreements to 958. The 287(g) Program Task Force Model provides participating state and local law enforcement with the tools, training, and resources to enforce immigration laws while performing routine police duties. Currently, state and local police are participating from 40 states, with 8,501 Trained Task Force Officers and over 2,000 additional officers in-training. Starting October 1, 2025, participating law enforcement will have these reimbursement opportunities: - ICE will fully reimburse participating agencies for the annual salary and benefits of each eligible trained 287(g) officer, including overtime coverage up to 25% of the officer’s annual salary.
- Law enforcement agencies will be eligible for quarterly monetary performance awards based on the successful location of illegal aliens provided by ICE and overall assistance to further ICE’s mission to Defend the Homeland:
- 90% - 100% - $1,000 per eligible task force officer
- 80% - 89% - $750 per eligible task force officer
- 70% - 79% - $500 per eligible task force officer
"ICE is not only supercharging our hiring, we are also multiplying partnerships with state and local law enforcement to remove the worst of the worst including murderers, gang members, rapists, terrorists, and pedophiles from our country. Thanks to the One Big Beautiful Bill, ICE launched a new reimbursement program for state and local law enforcement who partner with DHS to make America safe again,” said ICE Deputy Director Madison Sheahan. “We encourage all state and local law enforcement agencies to sign a 287(g) agreement now. By joining forces with ICE, you’re not just gaining access to these unprecedented reimbursement opportunities—you’re becoming part of a national effort to ensure the safety of every American family.” DHS encourages all state and local law enforcement agencies to sign a 287(g) agreement to help defend the homeland and to gain access to these reimbursement opportunities. | | Secretary Noem Fires FEMA Employees Who Used Government Devices to Consume Racially Charged Porn During Work Hours | | The disgusting employees worked at Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center. WASHINGTON – U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem today terminated multiple Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) employees for consuming pornographic content during work hours while on government issued devices. During the investigation into FEMA employees’ conduct, DHS discovered that almost half of FEMA’s employees regularly log into social media platforms while performing their taxpayer funded duties. “Today, I am announcing that multiple disgraced FEMA employees were fired for using their government devices to consume sexually explicit content while on the job. These individuals had access to critical information and intelligence and were entrusted to safeguard Americans from emergencies—and instead they were consuming pornography. In at least one case the pornography consumed was racially charged and involved bestiality,” said Secretary Noem. “Under President Trump’s leadership, we are cleaning house at FEMA to make this dysfunctional agency work for the American people the way that it was intended. For decades some of these bureaucrats engaged in every act imaginable instead of safeguarding the American people from natural disasters. That ends now.” On July 12, 2025, The DHS’s Insider Threat Operations Center (ITOC) identified that one employee typed explicit and sexually charged phrases into a chatbot website from his government devices for the purpose of having the comments read back to him in an accent. On August 1, 2025, another individual, a government contracted employee also stationed at the command center was identified by the ITOC as accessing Reddit.com 578 times over a 30-day period. It was revealed that he was engaged in extensive interactions with individuals online, viewing explicit sexual content while on his work devices. He accessed content that included graphic photographs and videos. On several occasions, he used his government computer to chat online with members presenting explicit content. DHS actively investigates the misuse of devices throughout the agency to ensure that employees are not abusing federal devices or sharing classified or sensitive information. | | # # # | | | | | While Americans Were Enjoying Their Labor Day Weekend, ICE Arrested More Worst of the Worst Criminal Illegal Aliens | | 09/02/2025 | | U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY

The termination will be effective 60 days after the publication of the Federal Register notice. At least 60 days before a TPS designation expires, the secretary of homeland security, after consultation with appropriate U.S. government agencies, must review the conditions in a country designated for TPS to determine whether the conditions supporting the designation continue to be met and, if so, how long to extend the designation. "Given Venezuela's substantial role in driving irregular migration and the clear magnet effect created by Temporary Protected Status, maintaining or expanding TPS for Venezuelan nationals directly undermines the Trump Administration's efforts to secure our southern border and manage migration effectively," said a DHS Spokesperson. "Weighing public safety, national security, migration factors, immigration policy, economic considerations, and foreign policy, it's clear that allowing Venezuelan nationals to remain temporarily in the United States is not in America's best interest." After conferring with interagency partners, Secretary Noem determined conditions in Venezuela no longer meet the TPS statutory requirements. The secretary's decision was based on a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services review of the conditions in Venezuela and in consultation with the Department of State. The secretary has determined the termination of the 2021 Venezuela Temporary Protected Status designation is required because it is contrary to the national interest. Venezuelan nationals leaving the United States are encouraged to use the U.S. Customs and Border Protection CBP Home app to report their departure from the United States and take advantage of a safe, secure way to self-deport that includes a complimentary plane ticket, a $1,000 exit bonus, and potential future opportunities for legal immigration. | | | | | | ICE Arrests 10 Illegal Alien Convicted Sex Offenders and Pedophiles in Sanctuary California | | 09/03/2025 | | U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY

| | DHS Sets the Record Straight about Pakistani Criminal Illegal Alien with Extensive History of Fraud Across the Globe | | Muhammad Chaudhry is a Pakistani criminal illegal alien who lied about his criminal history, true identity, and military service WASHINGTON – Today, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) set the record straight on the Seattle Times’ defense of Pakistani criminal illegal alien and fraudster Muhammad Chaudhry. While Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell and the media attempt to paint a sob story of this career criminal, DHS is providing the facts about this criminal illegal alien’s extensive rap sheet and arrest by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell released the following statement: Chaudhry first entered the U.S. in 1998 on B-2 visitor visa—after he lied to the U.S. government about his criminal history in Australia. His criminal history in Australia includes five counts of financial deception, possession of stolen goods, and falsifying passports. Additionally, he lied about his criminal history in Australia in order to obtain a green card in the U.S. and subsequently been denied citizenship twice —dating back to 2008, and then he applied for citizenship eight more times while continuing to lie and provide false information to immigration authorities. This fraudster not only concealed his criminal history from the U.S. government, but he also falsely claimed that he was deployed to Iraq. Department of Defense records indicate he was never deployed. Furthermore, this criminal illegal alien collected $449,459.82 in taxpayer dollars from the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Veteran’s Benefits Administration (VBA), according to an Inspector General’s report dated September 13, 2021. Chaudhry currently owes the United States government a negotiated payment of $81,080 for a mortgage reduction grant from the VBA according to an investigation. He has made no payments to date on the amount owed. After immigration officials determined he misrepresented his criminal history on immigration forms, he was issued a Notice to Appear by U.S. Citizenship AND Immigration Services (USCIS) in 2008. He appealed his final order of removal multiple times over the course of 17 years. “Sanctuary politician Bruce Harrell and the media are peddling a FALSE sob story on this serial fraudster. Following lies about his military service, he owes the U.S. taxpayers more than $81,000. President Trump and Secretary Noem’s message is clear: criminal illegal aliens are not welcome in the United States,” a DHS Spokesperson said. “Why do sanctuary politicians and the media continue to peddle sob stories of criminal illegals and smear our brave ICE law enforcement officers? Make no mistake, these types of lies are contributing to our ICE law enforcement officers facing a 1000% increase in assaults against them.” This fraudster’s history of deception has been noted countless times by Courts: - In 2010’s Chaudhry v. Napolitano, the Court made the following observations on the review of Chaudhry’s first Application for Naturalization, N-400 denial: “This Court finds that a disturbing pattern of deceit for immigration-related purposes permeates this case. The Court rejects Chaudhry's attempts to create a genuine issue by claiming memory lapses and making conclusory protestations of innocence.”
- In 2012’s Chaudhry v. Astrue the Court upheld the adverse credibility determinations for the denial of Social Security benefits by the District Court, citing in part: “Chaudhry's non-prescribed use of a wheelchair and unwarranted use of a cane also factored into the ALJ's determination that Chaudhry's subjective expression of his limitations lacked credibility.”
- A Feb. 27, 2020, decision by the Board of Immigration Appeals stated, “The respondent’s course of deceptive conduct demonstrates a propensity for dishonesty that makes him undesirable as a potential lawful resident of this country. To permit him to remain permanently in the United States despite his habitual abuse of our legal institutions would not be in the best interests of the United States overall.”
On August 21, 2025, ICE arrested Muhammad Zahid Chaudhry in close coordination with USCIS. Chaudhry appeared at a USCIS appointment in Tukwila, Washington and was apprehended after law enforcement determined he was in violation of federal immigration law and had a final order of removal by an immigration judge. He has since been placed into removal proceedings. President Trump and Secretary Noem have been clear: there is no place in the U.S. for illegal alien criminals. ICE will continue to enforce the law across the country. | | # # # | | | | | New Era Dawns for USCIS as Special Agents Now Meet the Authority to Support Immigration Enforcement | | 09/04/2025 | | U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY

| | New Era Dawns for USCIS as Special Agents Now Meet the Authority to Support Immigration Enforcement | | This new rule is another step in President Trumps promise to make America safe again WASHINGTON—Today, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announce the expansion of USCIS law enforcement authorities and newly minted USCIS 1811 classified officers (commonly known as special agents) are now empowered to investigate, arrest, and present for prosecution those who violate America’s immigration laws under a final rule published today. The final rule allows USCIS to implement Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s delegation of certain law enforcement authorities to the agency and thoroughly fulfill its national security, fraud detection, and public safety missions related to immigration adjudications. This includes making arrests, carrying firearms, executing search and arrest warrants, and other powers standard for federal law enforcement. “USCIS has always played a vital role in defending the homeland. These new investigative authorities are a direct investment in our national security as part of President Donald J. Trump’s promise to the American people to make America safe again,” said a DHS Spokesperson. “When USCIS agents and officers are empowered to enforce the law, and keep our country safe, this results in increased accountability, collaboration, and stronger protection for our nation.” Through this delegation, the USCIS director has the authority to order expedited removal and investigate civil and criminal violations of the immigration laws within the jurisdiction of USCIS. USCIS will have greater capacity to support DHS efforts by handling investigations from start to finish, instead of referring certain cases to ICE. USCIS will be able to more efficiently clear its backlogs of aliens who seek to exploit our immigration system through fraud, by prosecuting them, and removing them from the country. USCIS plans to recruit and train special agents who will exercise the additional law enforcement authorities. For more details, see the final rule in the Federal Register. The rule is effective 30 days from publication. | | # # # | | | | | ICE Continues to Protect Communities from Violent Criminal Illegal Aliens Convicted of Rape, Assault, and Child Endangerment | | 09/04/2025 | | U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY
