Nothing will slow us down—not even the Democrats’ government shutdown.” Arrests this weekend include: Thao Van Cao, a criminal illegal alien from Vietnam and confirmed member of the Asian Cheap Boy criminal gang, convicted 25 times for crimes including flight to avoid prosecution, possession-controlled substance, second degree robbery, cruelty toward the elderly, arson property, take vehicle without consent, and theft in California. Sergio Alvizures-Abrego, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, convicted for attempted incest in Catawba County, North Carolina. Mario Reyes-Martinez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, using and carrying a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, aiding and abetting, and arson in Texas and North Carolina. Jorge Mendoza-Garcia, criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years of age and statutory sexual assault: 11-year old in Hilltown Township, Pennsylvania. Sandra Cano-Videz, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, convicted for two counts of lascivious acts with a child in Webster County, Iowa. Arnulfo Marque Hernandez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child in Travis County, Texas. Juan Jose Siquina-Cacatzun, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, convicted for sexual abuse in the second degree, failure to register as a sex offender, and probation violation in Washington County, Oregon. Rene Matamoro-Mora, a criminal illegal alien from Cuba, convicted for burglary, drug possession and sexual assault on a minor in Miami, Florida. Yoisel Landeau-Cespedes, a criminal illegal alien from Cuba, convicted for theft of property in Conroe, Texas. # # # ICE Arrests Criminal Illegal Alien in Northern Virginia for Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer 10/27/2025 U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY Office of Public Affairs ICE Arrests Criminal Illegal Alien in Northern Virginia for Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer This criminal illegal has a violent history and was previously deported three times—a felony WASHINGTON — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the arrest of Carlos Ramirez-Guzman, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador whose criminal history includes charges for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer, domestic battery, exhibition of a dangerous weapon, resisting, obstructing, or opposing a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, and illegally re-entering the United States after deportation, which is a felony. ICE officers arrested Ramirez-Guzman October 17, 2025, in Arlington, Virginia. “Carlos Ramirez-Guzman racked up an extensive criminal history over the last 21 years he has spent ignoring America’s laws. Not only has this man been removed from our country on THREE previous occasions, but he also has a violent criminal history of assault with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer, domestic battery, and resisting arrest,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, this criminal illegal alien’s crime spree has come to an end. GOOD RIDDANCE, you are not welcome in this country.” Ramirez-Guzman in handcuffs Ramirez-Guzman illegally re-entered the United States on an unknown date, at an unknown location, and without being inspected, admitted, or paroled by a U.S. immigration official. ICE officers removed Ramirez-Guzman from the United States to El Salvador on three separate occasions in 2006, 2014, and 2016. Ramirez-Guzman will remain in ICE custody pending his removal from the United States. Local authorities uncovered an extended magazine, ammunition, drugs, and an open container in the vehicle. Michael Clayton Local authorities arrested the driver, Edwin Pacheco-Meza, a 34-year-old illegal alien from Honduras and the passenger in the car, Juan Morales-Martinez, a 18-year-old illegal alien from Guatemala. Edwin Pacheco-Meza is charged with reckless homicide and driving under the influence. Juan Morales-Martinez is charged with drug possession and a weapons offense. The jail did not cooperate with ICE due to sanctuary policies, and yet, despite this, our ICE officers waited for his release and arrested Morales-Martinez outside of the Clark County Jail on October 27.  Juan Morales-Martinez “Two innocents were killed because this criminal illegal alien chose to drive under the influence,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “President Trump and Secretary Noem have unleashed ICE and CBP in Illinois to restore law-and-order and remove criminal illegal aliens from our communities. Osiris Alexander Rodriguez-Guzman, a criminal illegal alien from Dominican Republic, convicted for trafficking a controlled substance (Fentanyl) 200 grams or more in Essex Superior Court, Massachusetts. # # # ICE Arrests Serial Criminal Illegal Alien Arrested 10 Times and RELEASED by Fairfax County Sanctuary Policies 10/29/2025 U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY Office of Public Affairs ICE Arrests Serial Criminal Illegal Alien Arrested 10 Times and RELEASED by Fairfax County Sanctuary Policies Between March 19, 2018, and July 18, 2025, Melendez-Gonzalez was arrested 10 times and charged with 19 different crimes WASHINGTON — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) today announced the October 24th arrest of Jorge Armando Melendez-Gonzalez, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador released into American communities’ multiple times thanks to sanctuary policies, with an exhaustive criminal history that includes arrests for three counts of malicious shooting, unlawful wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, assault and battery, assault on a family member, grand larceny, trespassing, possessing a false government identification, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, disturbing the peace and making a false statement to a law enforcement officer.  Between March 19, 2018, and July 18, 2025, Melendez-Gonzalez was arrested 10 times and charged with 19 different crimes.  Jorge Armando Melendez-Gonzalez  ICE lodged two immigration detainers with the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center against Melendez-Gonzalez, one on Aug. 28, 2023, and another on July 18, 2025. On both occasions, Fairfax County officials refused to honor the immigration detainer and released this dangerous criminal alien back into the community.  “Thanks to the brave men and women of ICE law enforcement, this serial violent criminal with 10 previous arrests, is now off of Virginia’s streets. Fairfax County refused to honor two ICE arrest detainers and chose to release this criminal back onto Virginia’s streets. Make no mistake, sanctuary politicians are contributing to the surge in violent threats and assaults of our officers through their repeated vilification and demonization tactics, including gross comparisons to the Nazi Gestapo. This violence against law enforcement must end.”    Disturbingly, in recent days, ICE officers’ family members have been doxed and threatened, and had bounties placed on their heads for their murders. Below are a handful of violent threats made against ICE law enforcement officers recently:     Earlier this month, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the arrest of Eduardo Aguilar, an illegal alien from Mexico residing in Dallas, Texas, after he posted on TikTok in Spanish soliciting the murder of ICE agents. Aguilar’s post from October 9, 2025, called for “10 dudes in Dallas with determination who aren’t afraid to [two skull emojis],” and offered “10K for each ICE agent.”      In Texas, an ICE officer’s spouse received a call saying, “I don’t know how you let your husband work for ICE, and you sleep at night. F*** you, f*** your family. I hope your kids get deported by accident. How do you sleep? F*** you. Did you hear what happened to the Nazis after World War II? Because it’s what’s going to happen to your family.”      A separate voicemail left on an ICE employee’s phone was also discovered this month, where a caller states, “I hope every one of those lawless c**** you call ICE officers gets doxxed one by one.”    On October 24, 2025, ICE also became aware of a potential officer safety threat based on a Facebook post from a man named James Adrian Warren. On October 22, 2025, the individual shared posts that threatened ICE officers. The post specifically targets the Ferndale, Washington ICE office and he calls ICE “Nazi’s” and “The Gestapo.” The man also says he will begin observing, tailing, recording and reporting ICE employees to “make life harder for ICE here in Whatcom County.”         Secretary Noem’s message is clear: you will not stop us or slow us down. ICE and our federal law enforcement partners will continue to enforce the law. This operation took place in Northwest Indiana and is part of Chicago-based Operation Midway Blitz.   Criminal activity associated with the 223 illegal aliens arrested during this effort includes:  Driving Under the Influence   Drug Trafficking   Theft  Burglary   Assault   Child Abuse  Domestic Battery  Prostitution   Fraud  Over 40 drivers had been issued Commercial Drivers Licenses. The tops states that issued these Commercial Drivers Licenses to the illegal aliens were Illinois, California, and New York. On July 10, siblings Isai Carrillo and Virginia Reyes attacked federal officers, threw rocks at law enforcement vehicles, and organized others to throw rocks at federal law enforcement during a targeted an enforcement operation in Camarillo, California, which rescued migrant children from potential human trafficking, exploitation, and forced labor at the marijuana facility. HSI Los Angeles subsequently obtained arrest warrants for Carrillo and Reyes and executed the warrant on October 29. Both Reyes and Carrillo are American citizens and are facing prosecution. Isai Carrillo Virginia Reyes As HSI was executing this arrest warrant, Reyes posted about ICE's whereabouts on social media, drawing a violent mob that attacked federal law enforcement. Reyes initially fled from law enforcement, but turned herself in on October 30. "Law enforcement officers are facing a 1,000% surge in assaults against them and an 8,000% increase in death threats against them. They are putting their lives on the line to arrest murderers, rapists, and gang members," said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. "Violent rioter Isai Carrillo, arrested by HSI, was part of a violent group called VC Defensa – a network that regularly impedes and obstructs law enforcement. The operation, which these violent rioters tried to obstruct, resulted in law enforcement rescuing 10 migrant children from potential exploitation, forced labor, and human trafficking. Secretary Noem's message to the rioters is clear: you will not stop us or slow us down. ICE and our federal law enforcement partners will continue to enforce the law. And if you lay a hand on a law enforcement officer, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law." During Wednesday's attack, HSI arrested a U.S. citizen named Jesus Posadas-Espinoza for assault on a federal officer after he was caught hurling rocks at ICE outside Reyes and Carrillo's residence. He was turned over to the custody of the United States Marshal Service. Jesus Posadas-Espinoza HSI also encountered and arrested four Mexican illegal aliens at the residence: Lorenzo Toribo-Lopez, Talio Toribo-Lopez, Sergio Ortiz-Tenorio, and Victoria Ortiz-Tenorio. These illegal aliens' criminal histories include illegal entry and driving under the influence resulting in bodily injury. The four illegal aliens were turned over to ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) for removal.
