There are many examples of wealth transferring to God's people: Abimelek to Abraham (
Gen 20:14), Pharaoh to Joseph (
Gen 41:42), Egypt to Hebrews (Exo 12:36), Haman to Mordechai (
Est 8:2). Prophecy is usually not fulfilled in a single event, but over time. The ultimate fulfillment of this will occur after Jesus returns to earth. However, today this transfer is occurring right now to be used to fund the gospel being preached to the whole earth.
Job 27:16 Though he heaps up silver like dust and clothes like piles of clay,
Job 27:17 what he lays up the righteous will wear, and the innocent will divide his silver.
Psa 39:6 "Surely everyone goes around like a mere phantom; in vain they rush about, heaping up wealth without knowing whose it will finally be.
Pro 13:22b …but a sinner's wealth is stored up for the righteous.
Ecc 2:26 To the person who pleases him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to the sinner he gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.
Zec 14:14b The wealth of all the surrounding nations will be collected—great quantities of gold and silver and clothing.
