The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that women regularly take the following steps to improve their physical and mental health, and potentially lower their risk of certain diseases: - Go for regular check-ups.
- Get Active.
- Eat a nutritious diet.
- Take care of your mental health.
