Invitation: Help Shape the USCIS Case Processing Notifications Experience

We want to hear from applicants and petitioners to gather feedback on their experiences receiving notifications on case activities after filing an online form. We will host one-hour sessions to learn how we can create a better online user experience and ensure relevant notifications are received. Who can participate To participate, you must: Be at least 18 years old; Be a non-U.S. citizen; Be physically present in the United States; and Have filed an application in the last 12 months Participation is voluntary and will not affect the outcome of any pending case you may have. We will not request any case-specific information as part of this study. How to participate Please send an email to myuscisfeedback@uscis.dhs.gov with a subject line of "Case Processing Notifications Experience Feedback Session" and include the following: Your role (applicant or petitioner) We will randomly select participants who meet the criteria listed above for a one-hour session where we will ask for feedback on proposed designs.
