Special agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) joined the East Valley Human Trafficking Taskforce (EVHTTF) on a two-day "Buyer Reduction" or sting operation, which resulted in 18 arrests.
