Hello, Everyone.
How important is faithful Christian leadership to the future of the church? I would argue that it's crucial.
A century ago, the men who founded Dallas Theological Seminary witnessed a world drifting from acknowledging Christ as the only way of salvation and the Bible as inerrant and authoritative. Today, as we enter our second century, we face similar challenges, don't we?
For instance, much of our pluralistic world sees Christ as just one religious option among many. Furthermore, our world often mocks or ignores the transforming power of the Word.
Amid these challenges, there is a growing need to refute error and teach truth, making our mission of equipping godly servant leaders as crucial today as it was when the Seminary was founded, if not more so. That's why I personally value your support.
I'm thankful to say that in the past one hundred years, God has used DTS to equip men and women to combat the doubt, unbelief, and skepticism that question or reject the superiority of Christ, His gospel, and His Word.
But our mission is far from over.
We are training men and women for this active service of faithfully proclaiming the supremacy of Christ, equipping believers to discern truth from error, and boldly sharing the transformative power of God's Word with a world in need.
Isn't that exactly what we need today–more teachers, pastors, and Christian leaders who proclaim Christ as the only way? Who teaches Scripture to help believers become "mature" enough to "distinguish between good and evil" in today's world?
Yes, and that's the kind of servant-leaders your support helps us train.
By making a gift today, you will be investing in the work of equipping leaders to advance the gospel and fortify the church, both locally and globally. Your generosity today will have a ripple effect that, with God's grace, will have eternal significance.
I invite you to join us in this vital work by making a gift before our fiscal year-end deadline tomorrow, Saturday, June 29 at midnight CDT. Your partnership in this mission of equipping faithful Christian leaders is invaluable. Together, let's make an eternal impact for the glory of God.
