Prophecy Thread of Week 11 Noah Webster's 1828 Dictionary Definition of Truth: Conformity to fact or reality; exact accordance with that which is, or has been, or shall be. The truth of history constitutes its whole value. We rely on the truth of the scriptural prophecies. ABRAM TO BE A BLESSING (FATHER OF MANY NATIONS) God promised Abram that he would be the father of many nations, even though he was nearly one hundred years old. Isaac was his firstborn through Sarah. This line would eventually bring Jesus the Messiah. Moreover, because of Jesus all nations can experience the blessing, if they believe on Him. In the future, after Jesus returns all nations will surely be blessed when war is removed and replaced with peace that the world has not known since before the fall of humanity. JACOB'S NAME CHANGE CONFIRMED 1752 BC Gen 35:11 And God said to him, "I am God Almighty; be fruitful and increase in number. A nation and a community of nations will come from you, and kings will be among your descendants. FULFILLED CHILDREN OF GOD 60 AD Gal 3:29 If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. WILL BE FULFILLED THE MILLENNIAL REIGN – THE KINGDOM OF OUR LORD ONE THOUSAND YEAR REIGN Gen 18:18b …and all nations on earth will be blessed through him. Prophecies declared are in blue, prophecies fulfilled are in red, prophecies currently being fulfilled are in green, and prophecies to be fulfilled are in orange.
