| | Dear webmaster220.blogspot.com, Hi, I'm John Walsh, Co-Founder of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and I want to tell you how a partnership with NCMEC can make you a real superhero for kids. You've probably heard of "Operation Not Forgotten" where 39 missing children were recovered in Georgia this past August by the United States Marshals Service (USMS) in partnership with us, and with local and state police departments. Of the 39, 26 were suspected of having been victims of child sex trafficking. "Operation Not Forgotten" highlights our job in the background of many of these-headline making, heroic efforts as we fulfill our role as the nation's clearinghouse and comprehensive reporting center for all issues related to the recovery and protection of children from victimization. As a result of Operation Not Forgotten, USMS has arrested nine individuals for "alleged crimes related to sex trafficking, parental kidnapping, registered sex offender violations, drugs and weapons possessions." NCMEC President and CEO, John Clark, who was appointed the ninth Director of USMS from 2006-2010, said, "Operation Not Forgotten is an example of the good work of helping save and protect children that NCMEC's partnership with law enforcement does every day. By working together, we move towards an America where child sex trafficking does not exist. As the President and CEO of NCMEC and a former head of USMS, I ask you to join hands with us today so that together, we can put an end to child sex trafficking—because no child should ever be sold for sex in our country." webmaster220.blogspot.com, I am personally thankful to everyone who supports NCMEC—because, as you know, my own son, Adam, was kidnapped and murdered in 1981, and since then, my family has made it our life's mission to help find and protect children. Your help through donations, online tips through the CyberTipline, phone calls to our 24-Hour-hotline, and sharing our missing child posters on social media help save children's lives. Today, I ask you to never stop supporting our efforts to help find missing children, help reduce online child exploitation, and to help prevent children's victimization by giving a $15 donation to NCMEC today. Sincerely, John Walsh Co-Founder The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children www.missingkids.org P.S. Hope Live is October 1!
