Invitation: Provide Feedback on the USCIS Online Account

We want to hear from employment-based petitioners to gather feedback on the USCIS online account experience. Who can participate To participate, you must: Be at least 18 years old; Be an HR representative, in-house attorney, or other position that files employment- based petitions with USCIS; Be preparing to file, or have filed within the last 12 months, at least one of the following forms: I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers I-360, Petition for Ameriasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant I-905, Application for Authorization to Issue Certification for Health Care Workers I-865, Sponsor's Notice of Change of Address Participation is voluntary and will not affect the outcome of any pending case you may have. We will not request any case-specific information as part of this study. How to participate Please send an email to myuscisfeedback@uscis.dhs.gov with a subject line of "USCIS Online Account Experience" and include the following: Your job title A brief description of your experience with filing employment-based petitions including the form filed and the classification The size of the company: Small (1-100 employees), Large (+100 employees) Whether you have filed or are planning to file for premium processing We will randomly select participants who meet the criteria listed above for a one-hour session where we will ask for feedback on proposed designs.
