| | | | | | | Hi Rick, I'd like to share with you a new opportunity for two people who have previous experience in overseas ministry team building and strategic planning. We have an urgent need to fill two critical positions that will serve Bible translation efforts and national team members in Asia and Eurasia—an Assistant Director of Strategic Partnerships for Asia and a Director of Strategic Partnerships for Eurasia. Responsibilities include: - Provide vision and leadership for the Wycliffe Associates Field Development team including communication, support, encouragement, motivation, and spiritual leadership.
- Establish new relationships for Wycliffe Associates organizational partnerships leading to new projects in Bible translation.
- Conduct personal visits to operational locations in the region to evaluate ministry effectiveness and efficiency.
- Recruit and engage volunteers effectively for partnership development within the region.
- Establish and maintain an effective regional structure and team capable of developing relationships with the local church partners necessary to create the vision for Church Owned Bible Translation.
